How I spend my simming time...

I'm a control freak, and whenever I'm feeling stressed or overwhelmed I find ways to create order and organisation. One day I might come up with a new way to file my emails, another day I might come up with amazing new naming conventions for my music files - but lately it's been organising my enormous amount of custom content in to collection folders, so that I can find exactly what I'm looking for quickly and easily.

I currently have around 70 collection folders - not too many, but not so few they can't be segmented perfectly. Within each collection folder I try to keep the content orderly, so if it's a particular furniture style, things might be grouped together with similar shaped items. My 'Indoor Flowers + Potted Plants' collection is ordered by plant type (eg. rose, cactus, etc), then within this it's broken down into how big the arrangement is. I'll probably sort this further into whether the plants are in vases or pots next time I'm feeling especially on edge.

My collection folders cover decor style, specific items that are never all grouped together in build/buy mode, and specific places they could be used. A lot of items appear across many collections.
